Consent to Personal Data Processing

This is a courtesy translation. The Russian version of this document is legally binding.

By ticking the box "I consent to the processing of my personal data" in a form on the website promolab.pro and clicking the submit button, I, the website user, freely, of my own will and in my own interest, give sole proprietor Nikolaev Alexander Vladimirovich (TIN 614406298652, OGRNIP 316619600161443, address: 23 Osenniy Boulevard, Moscow; hereinafter the Operator) my consent to the processing of my personal data on the terms set out below.

1. What data

The data I enter in the form: name, phone number, e-mail address, the address of my website, the service and plan I am interested in, preferred contact method, comment, Telegram username, as well as technical information recorded when the form is submitted: the page the form was submitted from, date and time, IP address, and referral source.

2. For what purpose

• so that the Operator can contact me using the details I provided — by phone or in the messenger I chose — and answer my question, prepare a consultation, an audit, a cost estimate or a commercial proposal;
• so that the Operator can send me the website express check report if I requested it;
• so that we can conclude and perform a contract if we agree to work together.

Consent to receive the newsletter (digest) is not part of this consent and is given by a separate checkbox.

3. What actions

Collection, recording, systematization, accumulation, storage, clarification (updating, modification), retrieval, use, transfer (provision, access) to the persons specified in clause 4, blocking, deletion and destruction — by automated means and without them.

4. Who else takes part in the processing

On the Operator's instructions, the data is processed by the hosting provider (servers in Moscow) that hosts the Operator's website and CRM system, and by Yandex LLC (the e-mail service through which the Operator receives enquiries). No data is transferred outside the Russian Federation. See section 7 of the Personal Data Processing Policy for details.

5. Term

This consent is valid for 3 years from the date of my last enquiry or, if a contract is concluded, for the term of the contract and 5 years after it ends. When the term expires, the data is deleted or anonymized.

6. How to withdraw

I may withdraw my consent at any time by writing to hello@promolab.pro from the address I provided or by sending a letter to the Operator's address. After withdrawal, the Operator stops processing and destroys the data within 30 days, except where the law allows processing to continue without consent.
